If you have added items and they are not showing in your cart, make sure you have cookies enabled. You also must allow cookies from SelectRugs.com. Try the following:

Internet Explorer
  • Go to "Tools" > "Internet options".
  • On the window that pops up, click the "Privacy" tab.
  • Under the section "Web Sites" click the "Edit" button
  • In the box below "Address of Web site", enter "selectRugs.com" and press the "Allow" button.
  • Press the "OK" button on the bottom right of the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
  • Press the "OK" button on the "Internet options" window.
Netscape
  • Allow Cookies in "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Privacy & Security"
  • Select "Enable all cookies" or "Enable cookies based on privacy setting"
  • If you select "Enable cookies based on privacy setting" then you may have to adjust the level of privacy
Opera
  • Enable automatic redirection and referrer logging in Tools > Preferences > Privacy
  • Disable "Use cookies to trace password protected pages"
  • Try setting Opera to accept all - normal and third party - cookies
  • You can also experiment with your "Browser identification" setting in Tools > Preferences > Network. Change the "Identify as..." setting and reload the page to try again.
Mozilla
  • Enable cookies in "Tools" > "Options..." > "Privacy" > "Cookies"
  • Make sure that the "Enable Cookies" option is checked
  • You may need to click the "Exceptions" button and add selectrugs.com and select "Allow"
